You can accomplish so many things with hard work, dedication and consistency. Today at Absolute Sports Nutrition, I weighed in 2lbs down from last week bringing my total net weight loss to 6lbs in just under 3 weeks. The exciting part is that I have 12lbs of fat loss and 6lbs of lean gain. This is just the start!💪🏽![]()
